USABILITY
Installation of the tool: The installation process is overall comprehensible. The process is mostly consistent, but behaves partly unexpectedly concerning the order of steps.
Configuration of the tool: The configuration process is comprehensible and can be done easily. In the free version of the software, there are only a few options to set up. The explanation of the filter concept which is based on labeling systems could be optimized.
Usage of the tool: The tool supports a dialogue between children and parents, when a website has been blocked. The alert message is worded with respect to children's capability of understanding and offers alternativ search engines especially for children. There is no reporting function available.

FUNCTIONALITY
JusProg is a tool, whose filter is based on content and age pattern of the domains. It relays on the whitelist of fragFINN and content that is marked for young children by the content provider. It is optimized for German speaking content. You can use customized white lists and black lists but there is only a age based filtering mechanism for children over 12 years, so you can not specify content categories for disallowed websites.
SECURITY
The tool resisted to the main hacking attempts to by-pass it.
